#. Web Cam, For example: Logitic Pro 9000
Installation Tutorial：
1.install Docker on QNAP
2. execution Docker
$ sudo docker run -p 82:80 -p 3306:3306 –device=/dev/ttyACM0 –device=/dev/video0:/dev/video0 -i -t ifroglab/loracarlicenseplate:latest /loragateway.sh
3. get Car License remotely PC with LoRa
